Summary:
HeadCount have an excellent opportunity for a self motivated, professional and
dynamic individual to join our business and head up the Client Services Department.
The role of the Client Services Consultant is to ensure that the HeadCount Services
client base of 700 clients, are satisfied with the service they are receiving and
keeping them updated with any changes in the business that may affect them, or
additional products/services that may be of interest.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can deal with any client issues that
are passed to them in a professional and proactive manner, ensuring that every issue
is resolved within an agreed timeframe and that the client is kept up to date at all
times.
