Payroll Software Helpdesk Analyst

Trial Period 6 months Initial Salary 16-20 K

Location:  Ilford, East London, IG8 

  1. Providing telephone and email support for customers running our payroll software and services.
  2. Providing support to internal payroll implementation consultants
  3. Writing and testing internal procedures.
  4. Running payrolls for bureau clients as required.
  5. Testing the software for various bodies e.g. Inland Revenue, IMIS, Microsoft.
  6. Possible career path to payroll software implementation consultant

 Skills Required: Must have good working knowledge of computers/IT, excellent communication skills, good problem solving skills, able to work independently and as part of a small dedicated team, a commitment to professional development and long term involvement in the company. Good organizational skills. Previous helpdesk and/or payroll experience very desirable. Must live within 1 hour driving time distance from IG8 area.

 Additional Notes/Benefits:

 20 days holiday a year initially adding 1 day every 1st January to 25 days.

Stakeholder pension scheme offered initially, company pension scheme after one year.
